Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons can add a few days.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, we can't reroute it.
Lost or stuck packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us. We'll either resend it or refund you in full.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped outside the destination country of origin may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
